6. SELECTING WINNERS

a) GRAND PRIZE DRAW

A random draw for the grand prize will be conducted at or about 2:00 pm ET on August 18, 2012 in Oakville, ON by the Independent Contest Judging Organization from all eligible entries received. Odds of being selected depend upon the total number of eligible entries received by the Contest Closing Date.

b) SECONDARY AND TERTIARY PRIZE DRAWS

Random draws for the secondary and tertiary prizes will be conducted at or about 2:00 pm ET on August 18, 2012 in Oakville, ON by the Independent Contest Judging Organization from all eligible entries received. Odds of being selected depend upon the total number of eligible entries received by the Contest Closing Date.

Selected entrants in the secondary and tertiary prize draws will be contacted by email, mail, courier or telephone within five (5) business days of the draw date. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted within five (5) business days, he/she will be disqualified and a new random draw from the remaining eligible entries will be conducted. This process will be followed with respect to each secondary prize draw until the secondary prize has been awarded or there are no more eligible entrants, whichever comes first.

Before being declared a winner, each selected entrant must first correctly answer without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question within ten (10) business days of prize notification.

Each selected entrant (and his/her guest, in the case of the grand prize winner) will also be required to sign a Declaration and Release Form (the “Release Form”) confirming compliance with these Official Contest Rules and Regulations, acceptance of the respective prize as awarded without substitution, and releasing the Contest Sponsor, its affiliated and related companies, advertising and promotional agencies, Independent Contest Judging Organization, Izumi Outdoors Inc., the Canadian Tire Parties and their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, dealers, representatives, successors and assigns from any liability in connection with the prizes, including (if applicable) attendance at or travel to Bark Lake and any recreational activities undertaken, or participation in this contest.

Declining a prize, failing to correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question, failing to return the Release Form within the time period indicated on the Release Form or otherwise failing to comply with these Official Contest Rules and Regulations will cause the respective prize to be forfeited and a new random draw from the remaining eligible entries will be conducted to select another entry. The process noted above will be repeated until a prize winner is declared or there are no more eligible entries, whichever comes first.
